Clisson, June 19–22, 2025. For four intense days, MELT was back for its second appearance at Hellfest, the biggest metal festival in Europe.
After a memorable debut in 2024, our passionate team returned to the field with even more energy, fire, and expertise. The result? 11,000 meals served, 1,000 more than last year. A growth that reflects your loyalty and above all, the love you have for our smoky, authentic cuisine.

MELT at Hellfest is more than just a food stand
It’s a full-on Texan barbecue experience, right in the heart of an event where intensity is everywhere on stage and on the plate.
At MELT, nothing is left to chance: we’ve been mastering the art of smoked meat in Paris for years, and every festival service is a live demonstration of that unique expertise.

Our team kept up the pace with passion, in a buzzing, ultra-friendly vibe that stayed true to the MELT spirit: smoky & chill.
The menu that made Clisson drool
For this 2025 edition of Hellfest, MELT brought a smoked meat selection that hit the spot with festival goers. On the menu:
Smoked pork sausage
Smoked pork belly sandwich
Smoked beef cheek sandwich
Each dish came with a generous portion of roasted baby potatoes, all prepared fresh on site, in pure Texan barbecue tradition.
A perfect taste of our DNA: slow cooking, bold flavors, and a chill attitude. No fuss, just flavor. And with 11,000 meals served, it’s safe to say people loved it.
